Four-session mini series designed for school leaders working tirelessly to lead during the current school environmental realities.

This isn’t what you signed up for, and yet you continue to show up as you face challenge after challenge. You may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, lonely, unmotivated. You may wonder how much longer you can do this. It may be hard to find the joy that originally motivated you to become an administrator- inspiring students, coaching educators, partnering with families in meaningful ways, and creating a supportive and loving school community- through the toxic stress you are experiencing.

This four-session series is designed to provide an opportunity for leaders to connect with and support each other, to discuss leadership fatigue and strategies to combat it, to strategize and problem solve ways to support your staff, families and students while protecting your own well-being, and to offer a supportive space to focus on you and your needs.
