Family and Community Engagement Coordinator, Get Ready to GROW
WHAT I DO AT CHILDREN'S INSTITUTE
- Work alongside and manage GROW’s professional field screening team, and screening events to provide comprehensive health and developmental screenings for children age 1 to 5 years
- Lead partners in NYS Finger Lakes Counties in establishing GROW screenings and follow-up support for children and families in their communities and programs
- Collaborate with early childhood leaders and experts to maintain high standards, best practices, develop protocols and procedures, and train GROW providers
- Provide early childhood classroom observations using Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), and Environmental Rating Scales (ERS)

FUN FACTS
- I have 11 incredible children and have been married to my best friend for over 35 years
- I am an avid Irish dance, music, theater and volleyball mom and fan!
- We joyfully welcomed our first grandchild in 2024
