We at CI are thrilled to spotlight Dr. Erinn Duprey, whose recent accomplishments are not only impressive but also pivotal in advancing our mission in early childhood prevention and intervention research.

In late May, Erinn completed the CADIO Academy’s MOST (Multiphase Optimization Strategy) Training, a rigorous program designed to enhance intervention science skills. This training has already been put to use: she is now leading an optimization trial with three (soon to be five) New York State school districts. The trial uses a factorial experimental design to build and evaluate a preschool version of Primary Project that is efficient, effective, scalable, and feasible. This work is a critical step toward refining and scaling interventions that support young learners.

Her recent contributions don’t stop there. Last summer, Erinn was accepted into and completed the NIH-sponsored Child Intervention and Prevention Science (CHIPS) Fellowship. As part of this opportunity, she worked with leaders in the field of child prevention science, and gained insights and skills necessary to conduct innovative child intervention research. This training significantly expands CI’s capacity to conduct rigorous, fundable research that can shape the future of prevention science.

Erinn’s dedication, expertise, and leadership are helping to position our team at the forefront of evidence-based intervention research. We’re incredibly proud to have her on board and can’t wait to see the continued impact of her work!
